Winter Kohlrabi

Massive size, low in calories, and high in nutrients. The winter kohlrabi is a mainstay of seasonal eating in the colder months. Grown regeneratively in microbe-rich soil amongst companion plants. Never sprayed with anything, just the rain. Kohlrabi is in the brassica family and has a broccoli/cabbage flavour.
