Dried Organic Plums

Dense, chewy, and little sticky, these sweet dried plums are grown in a regenerative orchard in Cawston, BC. Picked at peak ripeness, they are amazing diced on salads and even simmered in sauces. They aren't plump and soft like a prune. Instead they're dried until most of the moisture is out with the pit removed. Grown in healthy soil with strategic cover crops, they have a boosted nutritional content with no chemical fertilizers or sprays to get in the way.
