Swiss Chard

The brightest red leafy green you've ever seen! These stalks are a powerhouse of minerals like potassium, iron, and magnesium while also being rich in carotenoids, vitamin A, and vitamin K.  Grown in no-till fields with microbial-rich soil, this chard stays on the field until it's harvested in winter. This superfood is as nourishing as it is colourful.
