These tender yet crispy greens offer the perfect balance of flavours - the sweetness of new leaves, a hint of hotter greens, and the subtle bittersweetness of radicchio and endives. Pairing beautifully with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, these fresh and light greens are grown in closely spaced rows in biodiverse, no-till soil. As we move into fall, the mix will include more mustardy brassica leaves.
