Because of the pigs' healthy, active lifestyle, this sausage has a leaner, smoother, and less chewy texture than grocery store breakfast sausage. Made with a blend of ground pork, sage, garlic and onion powder, and salt and pepper (no gluten or nitrites/nitrates).
