Organic Sesame Sourdough

This organic sourdough is the result of four days of expert care. First the sourdough starter is brewed on Monday, and the dough is mixed on Tuesday morning. From there it’s allowed to bulk ferment, then proofed and baked in time for you delivery.

The firm, seedy crust gives way to soft, springy inner medium-brown bread that’s pull-apart delicious. The sesame adds a delightful crunch.
