Gouda

Gouda is a Dutch favourite that's sweet and buttery when young, then maturing into savoury and nutty. Made with organic A2 milk from Swiss Brown cows, this gouda is cultured and aged on-site at a regenerative dairy farm. Its firm texture suits adds a mildly sharp  flavour to sandwiches and charcuterie trays.
