Crisp, tender, and milder than a round green cabbage, the napa cabbage is excellent in coleslaw, salads, and stir-fries. It has a mild sweet taste. Grown in no-till soil that's teaming with beneficial microbes and natural fertilizer for a delicious and nutritionally complex winter veg.
