Grass-fed, organic jalapeno raclette has a bright taste with a mild heat that really brings out the flavours of the cheese (it's a staff favourite). This alpine style, washed rind, semi-hard cheese is made from organic A2 milk from pasture-raised, grass-fed Swiss Brown cows.
