Grass-Fed Sirloin Steak

Grass-fed, grass-finished sirloin steak from pasture-raised cattle. Coming from loin, it's tender and great for grilling (not to be confused with the sirloin tip steak which is firmer and leaner). This gourmet steak is ethically raised on a natural diet of grazed grasses and forbs, resulting in a lean, richly flavourful beef.
