Fresh Ginger

Fresh bunches of yellow ginger that are soft skinned and crisp. Harvested the same week, this ginger is grown regeneratively in Chilliwack, BC - not shipped in from far away. With a bright and zesty flavour, this ginger is punchy and fresh for smoothies, sauces, and stirfrys.
