Garlic Belper

Grass-fed, organic garlic belper coated in toasted cracked black pepper. A very hard grating cheese, the belper is crumbly and deliciously peppery and full of flavour. Made with organic A2 milk from pasture-raised Swiss Brown cows, this cheese is sold as individual pucks.
