Our rich and creamy milk is certified organic from grass-fed cows. Lightly pasteurized and non-homogenized, this A2 milk is an easier to digest protein than supermarket A1 milk. With a butterfat content of 4.25% to 4.9%, it retains its natural cream top - give it a gentle shake before pouring.
