Bake-Off Buns

Bake buns when you need them. Made with regeneratively grown "hard red spring" flour, these dinner rolls are loaded with whole wheat proteins and fibres - a far cry from blood-sugar-spiking white buns but still soft and ready for a pat of butter. You'll actually taste the earthy wheat flavour. Remove from the freezer in the morning, arrange on a baking sheet, and allow to thaw and proof in a warm cozy spot for baking at dinnertime.
